ur999 Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Member", "you") and ur999 ("ur999", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing access to and use of the ur999 website at ur999.ws and all associated gaming, betting, and account services offered therein.

By completing the ur999 registration process, clicking "I Agree", accessing ur999 Login, or by continuing to use the platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept this Agreement in full. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease using the ur999 platform and close your account.

This Agreement is effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersedes all prior versions. ur999 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Access to ur999 is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout their membership:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ur999 enforces a strict 21+ policy across all products and will terminate any account where the age requirement is not satisfied.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously had an ur999 account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or close family member of an employee of ur999 or any of its affiliated technology or gaming providers.
• You have not been diagnosed with or self-identified as suffering from a gambling addiction or disorder at the time of registration. If you develop concerns during your membership, ur999 encourages you to use the responsible gaming tools available in your account dashboard or contact our support team immediately.
• The use of online gaming services is not prohibited by the laws of the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the ur999 platform. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering.

To access real-money gaming on ur999, you must complete the registration process truthfully and accurately. You agree to provide ur999 with complete, current, and accurate information at registration and to update that information promptly should any details change.

One Account Policy: Each individual may hold only one ur999 account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. ur999 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended, bonus funds will be forfeited, and any pending withdrawals will be reviewed prior to release.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: ur999 is required under its international gaming licence to verify the identity of all members prior to processing withdrawals. KYC verification requires submission of:

• A clear copy of your valid Pakistani CNIC (front and back).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa account in your name).
• Additional documentation such as a selfie with your CNIC may be requested at ur999's discretion.

ur999 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before first withdrawal, and during routine compliance reviews. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stated timeframe will result in account restriction.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ur999 Login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. ur999 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify ur999 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

ur999 operates an all-PKR wallet system. All balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Pakistani Rupees. ur999 does not charge currency conversion fees on PKR transactions.

Accepted Deposit Methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, Raast, 1LINK, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and Cash OTC. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per payment method and are displayed at the cashier screen within your ur999 account.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests submitted by verified ur999 members are processed within the following indicative timeframes:

• JazzCash / EasyPaisa: typically within 1–4 hours during business hours.
• Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, Raast, 1LINK): 1–3 business days.
• SadaPay: typically within 2–6 hours.
• USDT TRC20: typically within 1–2 hours subject to network confirmation.
• Cash OTC: by prior arrangement with ur999 support.

Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods that have been previously used for deposits and have been verified under KYC. ur999 does not permit third-party withdrawals under any circumstances.

Minimum Withdrawal: A minimum withdrawal threshold applies and is displayed in your account dashboard. Requests below this threshold will not be processed until the threshold is met.

Refused Transactions: ur999 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal that is suspected to be connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, ur999 will notify the relevant authorities as required under its licensing obligations.

ur999 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and event-based promotions tied to PSL and other cricket fixtures. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in each promotion before a withdrawal request can be submitted. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms.
• Game Contribution: Not all games on ur999 contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots generally contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are detailed in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses and associated free spins carry an expiry date. Unused bonus funds and winnings generated from expired bonuses will be removed from your account balance automatically.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet per round or per sports market selection is Rs 500 unless otherwise stated. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in bonus forfeiture.
• One Bonus at a Time: ur999 does not permit stacking of bonuses. Only one active bonus may be held in an account at any given time.
• Withdrawal Before Wagering: If you elect to withdraw funds before completing the wagering requirement on an active bonus, ur999 will deduct the bonus amount and any winnings directly attributable to the bonus prior to processing the withdrawal.

ur999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any change will not affect bonuses already accepted and actively being wagered at the time of the change.

All games available on ur999 — including slots, live dealer tables, Fortune Tree, and Kalaka Bingo — are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited for fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee outcomes in any individual gaming session.

Game Malfunction: In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or game malfunction during play, ur999 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the applicable stake to the player's account. ur999 shall not be liable for any consequential loss arising from a game malfunction beyond the return of the original stake.

Fortune Tree & Kalaka Bingo: These are ur999 proprietary titles governed by individual game rules available within each game's interface. General platform terms apply in addition to game-specific rules. In the event of any conflict, game-specific rules take precedence for matters directly relating to gameplay mechanics.

Live Dealer Games: Live casino games are streamed in real time from certified studio facilities. The decisions of the dealer and the outcome of each round are final once the round has been declared closed by the dealer or the game system. Disputes regarding live game outcomes must be raised with ur999 support within 24 hours of the relevant game session.

The ur999 cricket sportsbook covers PSL, international tests, T20I series, ODI series, and other cricket competitions alongside UFC and selected other sporting events. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on ur999:

Bet Acceptance: All bets are accepted subject to ur999's prevailing odds at the time of placement. ur999 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its absolute discretion without providing a reason.

Odds: All odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change prior to the bet being confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to the accepted bet.

Settlement: Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB for PSL and Pakistan cricket). In the event of a result being overturned after initial settlement, ur999 will re-settle affected bets in accordance with the final official result.

Void Bets: A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned and not completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time.
• The market was offered in error with an incorrect line, price, or participant.
• The bet was placed after the event or market had officially closed.

In-Play Betting: ur999 offers live in-play betting on selected cricket markets. In-play markets are suspended automatically at key moments in a match (e.g., fall of wicket, end of over). ur999 is not liable for any delay between real-world events and the suspension of in-play markets, and bets placed during such a delay may be voided at ur999's discretion.

Maximum Payout: A maximum single-bet payout cap applies to all sportsbook markets. The applicable cap is displayed on the relevant market page. ur999 will settle winning bets up to the maximum payout limit regardless of the calculated return on the accepted stake and odds.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ur999 platform. Any member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false registration details, impersonating another individual, or misrepresenting your identity or age.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or sportsbook market.
• Arbitrage & Matched Betting: Using ur999 bonuses or promotional offers in combination with other platforms or accounts to guarantee risk-free returns through matched betting or arbitrage strategies.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the ur999 platform in place of genuine human play.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider in relation to a legitimate ur999 deposit. ur999 will treat any chargeback as a debt owed to the platform and will pursue recovery through all available legal means.
• Money Laundering: Using ur999 for any purpose connected to money laundering or the proceeds of crime. ur999 is obligated under its international gaming licence to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one ur999 account simultaneously.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting a technical error, software bug, or pricing mistake in ur999's games or sportsbook. Any winnings generated through the exploitation of a known error will be voided.

All content on the ur999 platform — including but not limited to the ur999 brand name, logo, website design, software, game titles (including Fortune Tree and Kalaka Bingo), graphics, text, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of ur999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ur999 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any ur999 content without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any ur999 software or game engine.
• Use the ur999 brand name, logo, or any associated intellectual property for commercial purposes, affiliate marketing, or any other purpose not explicitly authorised in writing by ur999.
• Create derivative works based on ur999 content or game mechanics.

Any unauthorised use of ur999's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ur999 and its officers, directors, employees, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from your use of or inability to use the ur999 platform.
• Any loss of funds, winnings, or data arising from platform downtime, technical failure, third-party network issues, or circumstances beyond ur999's reasonable control.
• Any decisions made by you based on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the ur999 platform.
• Any loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions or applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

ur999's total aggregate liability to any member in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Suspension by ur999: ur999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the member's payment provider.
• A request from a relevant regulatory, law enforcement, or financial authority.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, ur999 will retain any balance held in the account until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be partially or fully forfeited in accordance with the specific breach provisions of this Agreement.

Voluntary Closure by Member: You may request closure of your ur999 account at any time by contacting ur999 support via live chat. Before closure is processed, ur999 will verify your identity and ensure all pending wagering requirements, withdrawal requests, and KYC obligations are resolved. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of between one month and five years. During a self-exclusion period, ur999 will make reasonable efforts to prevent re-registration. See Section 12 for full responsible gaming provisions.

ur999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all products. Gambling should be an enjoyable recreational activity conducted within personal financial and time limits. If gambling is causing you financial hardship, emotional distress, or interpersonal conflict, we strongly encourage you to make use of the responsible gaming tools available on ur999 or to seek external support.

Available Responsible Gaming Tools (accessible via your account dashboard):

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit into your ur999 account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold per day, week, or month across all ur999 products.
• Session Time Limits: Configure the maximum duration of a single gaming session before you are automatically logged out of ur999 Login.
• Reality Check Notifications: Receive periodic on-screen reminders showing your session duration and net gaming activity.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from ur999 for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Your account will be restricted from gaming activity during this period.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a self-exclusion of between one month and five years. ur999 will deactivate your account and make reasonable efforts to prevent access during the exclusion period.

By registering with ur999, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including:

• Registration data (name, CNIC number, date of birth, contact details).
• Financial transaction data for KYC and AML compliance purposes.
• Gaming activity data for regulatory reporting and responsible gaming monitoring.
• Technical data such as IP address, device identifiers, and session logs for security and fraud prevention.

ur999 does not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and certified third-party KYC and payment processing providers strictly as required for platform operation and legal compliance.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ur999 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — including disputes regarding bet settlement, account restrictions, withdrawal processing, or bonus application — shall be resolved through the following process:

1. Step 1 — Internal Complaint: Submit a formal written complaint to ur999 support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. ur999 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days.
2. Step 2 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with ur999's response, you may request escalation to ur999's compliance team. The compliance team will review the matter independently and respond within 10 business days.
3. Step 3 — External Dispute Resolution: If the matter remains unresolved after the internal process is exhausted, you may refer the dispute to the applicable external dispute resolution body under ur999's licensing framework. Details of the relevant dispute resolution body are available upon request from ur999 support.

You agree that any dispute shall be submitted to the above process before commencing any legal proceedings. Nothing in this clause limits ur999's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court of jurisdiction.

ur999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ur999 will notify registered members via email or an on-platform notification displayed upon ur999 Login. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the ur999 platform following the notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using ur999 and submit a voluntary account closure request before the amendment's effective date.

ur999 recommends that members review this page periodically — particularly ahead of major product launches, bonus campaign periods, and PSL season — to remain informed of the current terms governing their membership.
